Jennifer “Jen” Lee has over 20 years experience with the federal government having served throughout Eastern Europe and the Middle East with a strong record of developing creative approaches and solutions to complex challenges. Jennifer has specialized in National Security Programs, Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and Hostile Environment preparedness.
Since leaving government service, Jennifer has acted as a senior strategic consultant for U.S. Government Organizations and the U.S. Intelligence community. Jennifer joined Operational Surveyors (OpSurv) as Vice-President in 2008, where she helped pioneer innovative methods for analyzing threats and assessing risks for the U.S. military, federal, state and local governments, and the business community. Jennifer became President of OpSurv in 2018 and continues to help guide OpSurv’s mission in offering expertise in counter-proliferation, counter terrorism, all-source intelligence analysis, Human Terrain analysis, and overseas operations and operations support. Jennifer also helps to oversee OpSurv’s subsidiary’s, MDO Group, insider threat and WMD HUMINT training program, which provides insider threat expertise and consulting to government agencies and private industry.
Jennifer studied at the London School of Economics and graduated from UCLA with degrees in International Economics and International Relations/Political Science. She played for the UCLA Women’s Varsity Soccer Team. She speaks Hungarian, German, Polish and Arabic.
